The dishes are unique to that season, and each one is crafted with care and delicious. The pufferfish milt has a refreshing seasoning, and its smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture is the best. The fried monkfish and the warm soup with milt are packed with flavor and very satisfying. The sushi has a good balance, and the cucumber in the thin rolls is crisp, making it hard to stop eating. You can also enjoy shellfish sushi and pufferfish sushi, and they are great for takeout as well. The menu reflects the changes of the seasons, and I always feel happy after the meal.
