Uomasa offers five different set menus: sashimi, sushi, chirashi, grilled fish, and boiled fish. In addition, an eel bowl set meal is also available. The sashimi set menus offer about 10 different types of delicious seafood. In particular, we recommend the sea bream with its sticky texture. In addition, a small bowl of food is served with seared squid, nanbanzuke (pickled southern barbecue), and iriko (dried sardines), and rice and shijimi clam red miso soup are also offered. From 2:00 p.m., the restaurant can be used as an izakaya (Japanese-style pub), where they use the day's ingredients to prepare sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, and anything else they wish. Note that the hours of operation are now until around 6:00 p.m., and are only open for lunch. It is a very service-oriented restaurant.
