Five-color stir-fried noodles with sauce are visually appealing, and I am delighted by the abundance of ingredients such as shrimp, squid, enoki mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and vegetables. The seafood is carefully prepared, free of any off-flavors, and easy to eat. The crispy fried noodles are well-coated with the thick sauce, creating an enjoyable contrast in texture. There is a wide variety of dim sum and individual dishes, making the selection process exciting. The set of fried noodles comes with a salad, soup, and pickles, and after a while, freshly fried chicken is served, providing satisfaction. The condiments on the table are clean, even the containers, and the menu has been updated, making for a pleasant dining experience.
