I stopped by a log cabin-style shop located on a small pass along the national road. The wooden space filled with cycling items and ukuleles is cozy and calming. The braised pork rice features tender pork belly from Kamifurano that melts in your mouth, and the sweet and salty sauce seeps well into the rice. The purple lavender soft serve I ordered after the meal has a gentle fragrance and a refreshing aftertaste. Additionally, the parfait loaded with strawberries combines the sweet and sour taste of the fruit with the creamy soft serve, creating a delightful experience. With the warm hospitality of the beautiful wife and friendly husband, I was able to enjoy my time there until the very end.
