I am first happy that I can relax while charging at the counter. The signature dish, grilled gyoza, has a crispy skin, and the filling, packed with vegetables, bursts with flavor. The shrimp gyoza is also plump, and when you dip it in the special shijimi clam ponzu, the umami deepens significantly. In the side dish corner, you can choose from homely small bowls like kinpira gobo and dried daikon, all of which have a gentle homemade taste. The soup, loaded with grated ginger, warms you up, making it comfortable to spend time even in the cool interior. After the meal, I slowly savored the rare green coffee, and I felt cozy and satisfied until the very end.
