Upon entering the store, I was immediately uplifted by the sight of a showcase filled with famous sake from across the country. The owner and his wife were friendly, and I was delighted that they helped me choose the perfect sake based on my preferences. The dumplings with chewy skin were irresistible with their hot meat juices and garlic aroma, making the draft beer go down smoothly. The snacks, such as smoked daikon cheese and omelet wrapped with natto, were unique, and I couldn't help but keep reaching for more. The fried items like shrimp mayo and pork karaage had a light texture, allowing me to enjoy them without getting bored all the way to the salt-grilled yakisoba in the second half. I also had engaging conversations with the customers sitting next to me at the counter, and I was able to spend a pleasant time in a lively atmosphere.
