Shin Ga Hyang

The signature dish of Shinkakushou, the egg champon, features the finest domestic eggs, a soup simmered for several hours every day, and homemade noodles. The soup, rich in eggs and squid, has a perfect balance of spiciness and refreshing flavor. Additionally, there is a wide variety of other menu items, including roast pork and jajangmyeon.

The store has about 13 four-person tables arranged, creating a clean and calm atmosphere. Each table is equipped with a kiosk, allowing for smooth ordering.
