It is a quiet brewery in the suburbs with a spacious parking lot, making it easy to stop by. The guided tour is exciting as you can feel the brewing process up close. In the tasting space after the tour, you can try several types of both sake and shochu, and you can clearly understand their individual characteristics. The crisp aftertaste of 'Kanozan' is particularly impressive, and it has a pleasant finish. The freshly made Junmai Ginjo has a gorgeous aroma, and when you take a sip, it spreads lightly in your mouth. Inside the store, you can find local specialties from Chiba, and you can enjoy selecting souvenirs while being enveloped in the unique aroma of the brewery.
