The scenery by the river is beautiful, and you can relax while watching the gentle stream. The noodles are delicate with a subtle sweetness, and they have a firm texture that makes them enjoyable to slurp. The wasabi is just right, and at first, you can appreciate the aroma with salt and condiments. The tempura of maitake mushrooms is impressive, with each piece being substantial, and the batter is light and crispy, which is satisfying. The dipping sauce for the chicken looks dark, but the aroma of charcoal is pleasant, and the flavor is not too heavy. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, and the guidance from the reception is polite from the start, with a calling device that makes waiting comfortable.
