It's a takeout-only shop, and they start making your order right on the spot. I waited a little until it was ready, but the smell of freshly baked goods wafted through the air, which was exciting. The buns are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, giving a sense of warmth from being handmade. The patty has a rich meat flavor and is very juicy. The slightly spicy salsa combined with the sweet sautéed onions creates a gentle yet satisfying taste. The friendly service from the owner was also pleasant, making me want to try the next burger.
