When I sat at the counter, the chef greeted me with 'Please order anything you like,' which made me feel relaxed from the start. I ordered a platter of locally caught fish, and each piece was glossy and conveyed its freshness. The rice was small and crumbled gently in my mouth, perfectly balanced with the toppings. In particular, the tuna and simmered eel had a subtle seasoning that highlighted the natural sweetness of the ingredients. The miso soup, with its aroma of seaweed, was rich in coastal flavors and so delicious that I couldn't help but want a second serving. I think it's a wonderful place where you can slowly enjoy carefully crafted sushi in a relaxed atmosphere.
