The interior is comfortable with calm lighting, and the aroma of fried food wafts pleasantly throughout. As you ascend the outdoor stairs, a blue noren (fabric curtain) greets you, creating a slightly special feeling. Being a specialty tonkatsu restaurant, they offer not only pork fillet and loin but also shrimp and scallops, making it hard to choose. The freshly fried dishes have a light, crispy coating, and the fillet is tender with a refreshing aftertaste. The combination of sauce and mustard is excellent and pairs well with the cabbage. The commitment to handmade breadcrumbs and locally sourced ingredients is evident, and the gentle flavor of the miso soup is soothing.
