This is a restaurant where you can enjoy various flavors of the sea from Toyama. The smoked white shrimp has a wonderful aroma, and the more you chew, the more the umami and pleasant texture spread. The sun-dried firefly squid has a flavor of the liver that spreads gently with each bite, providing great satisfaction. The fresh firefly squid and white shrimp for sashimi can also be enjoyed in shabu-shabu or as a rice dish. The firefly squid marinated in soy sauce has a rich flavor that pairs perfectly with sake or rice, and is also easy to use in pasta.
