The cheese specialty shop in the underground floor has a very rich selection. The staff asks about your preferences and suggests types that pair well with wine and sake. They cut goat's milk and sheep's milk cheeses, as well as blue cheese, right there, allowing you to fully appreciate their aroma and richness. They also carefully explain the best time to enjoy Mont d'Or and how to eat it, and it was delightful to find it creamy inside after removing the outer layer. Focusing mainly on French varieties, they also have Tallegio and Mimolette, and the sets that allow you to try small amounts are convenient. They have jams and small items for cheese as well, making it even more enjoyable to think about combinations at home.
