The calm interior of the shop located on a quiet back path has an atmosphere that makes you feel at ease the moment you enter. At the back of the U-shaped counter, a colorful array of side dishes is lined up, and just looking at them brings joy. The three small dishes that were served first included simmered eggplant and dried daikon, offering a taste that evokes the warmth of home cooking. Next, the chicken in tomato sauce had a mild acidity and the meat was wonderfully tender, making it hard to stop eating. The perfectly cooked ingredients, along with the crunchy texture of the bean sprouts and komatsuna in the Chinese-style salad, left a lasting impression. Thanks to the abundant daily menu and warm hospitality, I felt that this delightful side dish shop could bring a smile to anyone who visits.
