When you enter, it's lively, and your mood instantly lifts. The Sarashina soba has a smooth texture that goes down easily, and the generous amount of seaweed is also a delight. The recommended set that changes every half month is interesting in content, making the selection process enjoyable. The combination of zaru soba and simmered hamburger rice bowl is surprisingly authentic, and it catches you off guard. The evening drinking set features a variety of small dishes that come out one after another, allowing you to enjoy even tempura, and it pairs perfectly with bottled beer and soba shochu mixed with soba water. You can savor the soba at the end thoroughly, leaving you very satisfied.
