The exterior is somewhat subdued, but once you step inside, it is surprisingly neat and comfortable. There is a long counter, and two tables in the center, making it easy to use whether you're alone or in a group. It is bustling with regulars, and I love the atmosphere of a town Chinese restaurant where the sound of the TV and conversations blend nicely. The Sanma-men is filled with plenty of bean sprouts, and it also includes thinly sliced narutomaki and bell peppers, making it a fun bowl. The fried rice is moist, with a wonderful aroma of lard and a peppery accent, perfectly complementing the chicken broth. The menu is handwritten with a wide variety of options, including some unique choices like curry ramen, making it exciting to choose.
