The atmosphere is calm, and the counter is comfortable. The first dish that came out was stylish, which raised my expectations. The sashimi platter was incredibly fresh, and the clams and whale had a refreshing taste that surprised me. The simmered red snapper, burdock tempura, and chawanmushi with cod milt all showed careful preparation. The homemade roast beef was tender and easy to eat, and I also enjoyed the Western-style dishes like carpaccio. There are many drink options, including sake and highballs, allowing for a leisurely tasting experience that left me satisfied.
