In a charming space, you can enjoy a calm dining experience. The shabu-shabu, where thinly sliced eel is briefly dipped in a broth rich with the aroma of kelp, has a fluffy texture and just the right amount of elasticity, making it the best. When you pair the sweet flesh with a tangy sauce, the overlapping flavors are so pleasant that you can't stop. The eel rice bowl has a light flavor, and the texture of the eel is more firm than fluffy, which is enjoyable. The rice is perfectly cooked with distinct grains, and it pairs wonderfully with the salty eel. From the clear bowl that highlights the slight bitterness of the mitsuba to the fragrant tea, everything is impeccable.
