I stumbled into a cozy place in Shimokitazawa where I could enjoy grilled chicken and drinks. The bar counter is the centerpiece, allowing you to relax and wait for your skewers while having a drink. The skewers, carefully grilled over charcoal, are warm and fresh, and their aroma is appetizing. The chicken breast is fluffy with a good balance of saltiness, and the heart has an excellent texture and perfect doneness. The liver is not too heavy, and the skin is crispy at the edges, providing a delightful contrast in texture. The atmosphere is lively and friendly, making it feel welcoming even for first-timers.
