I was a bit surprised by the entrance, which still retains the appearance of a traditional Japanese restaurant, but once inside, it is a comforting space for set meals. The fish set meal has a deep umami that makes you want to savor even the broth, and the rice keeps disappearing. The tenderness of the silver salmon combined with the aroma of ginger made my mouth feel happy. If you prefer fried food, the large pieces of fried chicken have a thin batter that is crispy and juicy, making it irresistible. The pork miso soup, packed with ingredients, also serves as a wonderful side dish, warming you from the core. The rice itself is fluffy and delicious, so before I knew it, my bowl was empty, leaving me feeling very satisfied.
