The style of cooking right in front of you is exciting just to watch. There is a counter, making it easy to drop in even if you're alone. The yakisoba made with wide noodles is smooth and the sauce adheres well. The seafood omelet is fluffy and brings out the flavors of the shrimp and squid nicely. The diced steak on the hot plate stays hot until the end, and the vegetables have a pleasant crunch. The salad, tamagoyaki, miso soup, and pickles are all prepared with care, and the overall balance was satisfying.
