As I entered the food stall area at Yokohama's west exit, the first thing that hit me was the enticing aroma of grilled dumplings, which made me excited. The bite-sized dumplings with crispy wings were flavorful with chives, and they were satisfying enough to enjoy on their own. A little splash of vinegar from the table made the aftertaste refreshing, making me want to order another plate. The assorted oden served in a clay pot had a rich broth, and I was able to enjoy it piping hot until the end. The 'chive moon-viewing' dish, which is eaten with a creamy egg yolk, paired perfectly with the slightly sweet sauce, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The attentive staff created a bright atmosphere, allowing me to relax and enjoy my short stay.
