As soon as you enter the calm atmosphere of the shop, a sweet aroma gently spreads. From the seats at the back, you can gaze at the green garden, creating a comfortable environment that makes you want to linger. The chewy roll cake has a wonderful combination of the gentle flavor of brown sugar and cream. The brown sugar jelly in the center adds an accent, blending Japanese and Western elements beautifully. The drinks offer a wide variety, including coffee with different roasts and brown sugar ginger ale, all of which pair well with the sweets. The attentive service from the staff was also pleasant, making the time spent choosing a gift enjoyable.

Black sugar leaf pies finished with black syrup and powdered brown sugar. Baked to perfection to maximize the flavor of fresh butter, each thick and flaky butter pastry is carefully coated with black syrup made from Okinawa-produced brown sugar.
