Easily accessible from Hiroshima Interchange, the interior features an L-shaped counter and tables, with a small raised tatami area in the back that creates a calming atmosphere. There is a variety of umeshu (plum wine) and cocktails available, making drink selection enjoyable. The recommended dish of baguette topped with plenty of tomato, avocado, and cheese sauce is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it the best. The eggplant and small clam salad is refreshing, highlighting the sweetness of the ingredients. You can also enjoy fried chicken cartilage and fried ribbonfish. The staff is attentive and considerate, and the restrooms are clean, allowing for a pleasant experience.
