In a rustic shop surrounded by mountains, a pleasant aroma wafts from the outdoor skewer grilling area. Skewers of bear, deer, pheasant, sparrows, mountain salamanders, and river crabs are lined up, and you can receive them fresh off the grill. The bear meat is tender and the fat is rich, making it very easy to eat. The bear soup is made with miso and combines the flavors of vegetables, resulting in a rich and impressive broth. The rice bowls, especially the bear rice bowl, are particularly easy to eat, while the deer rice bowl has a sweet and savory flavor that is satisfying. The interior is spacious and lively, and the excitement grows with the stories of the ingredients being sourced from the hunts of local hunters.
