The surrounding scenery is calm, making it a pleasant place to spend time. Inside the shop, which has a warm wooden atmosphere, the locals manage it with care. The soba noodles are handmade using local flour, offering a delightful aroma and a sense of satisfaction. You can pour your own soba tea, and it's also nice to enjoy as much pickled vegetables as you like. The vegetable tempura, which takes center stage, has a crispy and light texture, perfectly complementing the soba. Freshly harvested vegetables are displayed in front of the shop, making it enjoyable just to look at them.
