This shop quietly stands in a peaceful residential area, but once you step inside, you can feel the liveliness and warmth. The sashimi platter is exceptionally fresh, with the firm horse mackerel and melt-in-your-mouth spear squid being particularly impressive. The tempura of white shrimp has a light batter, allowing you to enjoy both sweetness and a roasted flavor, which is delightful. The following nigiri features medium fatty tuna and simmered eel, both of which have a gentle aroma, creating an excellent harmony with the rice. The small innovations, such as the rolls with sesame, shine through, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. You can feel the careful craftsmanship in each dish, making it a place where you can enjoy a highly satisfying experience until the very end.
