The interior of San Toku is a calm space where black-painted walls harmonize with a cypress counter. With only six seats, it offers a tranquil time to visitors, allowing them to spend special moments conversing with close friends like a hidden retreat for adults. Fresh flowers are arranged in the shop, creating a pleasant sense of the extraordinary.

The owner has a unique background, having experienced rice farming with his family since childhood and having traveled around the world twice on a tuna fishing boat in his teens. He opened Mitsutaka in 2016, with the mission of conveying the charm of the local area through sushi, focusing on seafood from the local Mikawa Bay. Since then, he has continued to attract many people with the quality of his dishes.
