The atmosphere is like a direct sales store with local products lined up, and just walking around is exciting. At the entrance, there are shiitake mushrooms and corn, and inside the store, you can find miso-marinated tofu, kuneb, and frozen venison. The miso-marinated tofu is rich in flavor and very delicious. The venison jerky has a gentle texture, and there is no unpleasant smell, making it hard to resist. The soba noodles are handmade with local buckwheat flour and famous water, and you can also enjoy yamakake soba. The time spent choosing buckwheat flour and local specialties at the product center is enjoyable, allowing you to fully experience the charm of the region.
