The calm and cozy atmosphere of the small shop is clean and pleasant. The small dishes are beautifully arranged, colorful, and each one is carefully prepared. The sashimi is fresh, and the flavors of each piece are distinctly felt. The tempura has a light batter, and the crispy texture is delightful. The rice with small fish flavored with sansho and the miso soup complement each other well, and you can even enjoy a refreshing sweetness. The staff's response was kind, the explanations were easy to understand, and the pace at which the dishes were served was comfortable.
