In the deli section of the department store, the salads and side dishes are all appealing. I especially like the assortment of appetizers, and the steamed vegetables paired with the tanginess of yogurt are very delicious. The fresh spring rolls with smoked salmon and the salad with smoked chicken and onions are also flavorful and enjoyable. The salad with camembert and beans, the mini quiche with spinach and bacon, and the combination of prosciutto and potatoes are all satisfying. The fried small shrimp are crispy and light, and once you dip them in tartar sauce, you can't stop eating. The Japanese-style salad topped with seared amberjack can also be devoured easily with its refreshing dressing.
