The French-inspired Western-style menu is exceptional in every way. The salad with whole tomatoes and creamy sauce left a strong impression on me. The cold potato potage has a clear flavor of the ingredients, making me smile involuntarily. The crispy fried fugu and the sweet and spicy stir-fried liver are also fragrant and hard to stop eating. The shrimp and oyster fries pair well with tartar sauce, and the salad and omelette rice provide a sense of satisfaction. In addition to beer and white wine, I also encountered Spanish wine, which allowed me to enjoy the pairing with the dishes.
