In a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a kaiseki restaurant, you can relax and enjoy your meal. The sashimi is very fresh, and the live squid sashimi is surprisingly delicious with its transparency. The beef shabu-shabu features high-quality meat that brings happiness with every bite. The chawanmushi has a clear umami from the dashi, and the flavor of the matsutake mushroom gently spreads. The tempura has perfectly fried large shrimp and vegetables, with even the pumpkin having a hint of sweetness. The simmered dishes and the Imari beef tataki are rich in flavor, and both the seafood and meat dishes are satisfying.
