The counter is clean, comfortable, and allows for a pleasant experience. It starts with the white fish, which is expertly prepared to have a rich, sticky flavor. The shellfish has a fun crunchy and crisp texture, and you can also taste the sweetness and the aroma of the sea. The yellowtail harmonizes well with the rice, and the horse mackerel pairs perfectly with the ginger garnish. The medium fatty tuna and fatty tuna have a sense of aging, and when grilled, the aroma spreads gently. The salmon roe and eel also leave a lasting impression, and you can enjoy the near-grilled finish and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
