When I requested a takeout bento, it was filled with plenty of vegetable-based side dishes and was very delicious. They were flexible in accommodating my dietary restrictions, which made for a pleasant experience. The dishes had a well-balanced flavor and were easy to eat. The fugu was particularly delicious, and the zosui left a lasting impression. I hear that in season, you can also enjoy soft-shelled turtle. Overall, I was impressed by the attentive service and the cohesive flavors.

A healthy, additive-free "dashi no wagashi" course meal using an abundance of fresh, pesticide-free vegetables from contract growers' fields. Natural seafood, pastured three-way pork, heirloom eggs, and domestic ingredients are used in this casual, natural and organic kappo cuisine that is both tasty and healthy. It also goes very well with sake.
