Yasai Maki Kushi Niji is located within the Bonbon Center in Sakurayama, exuding a Showa retro atmosphere. The interior features an open kitchen and a calm counter seating area. A diverse selection of fresh vegetables wrapped in pork belly is grilled slowly over charcoal, allowing you to enjoy a fragrant flavor. Although it's the first location in Nagoya, it has established itself as a beloved izakaya among the locals.

This shop, located in the Bonbon Center, has a pleasant Showa retro atmosphere. It is easy to walk to from the station, and there is a parking lot nearby, making access convenient. Inside, there is an open kitchen with a counter and tables, making it easy to drop in even if you're alone. The grilled vegetable rolls, cooked over charcoal, come in a variety of types, and each one, including lettuce, tomato cheese, and mochi, was fragrant and satisfying. The ingredients wrapped in pork belly were cooked just right, with a perfect balance of salt that enhanced the deliciousness of the vegetables. The tofu that was served first was creamy and delicious, and the staff's friendly service made me want to stay longer.
