In a cozy and slightly smaller space, you can enjoy a calm meal. The tofu and mozuku that were served first have a delicate flavor, raising expectations. The sashimi is fresh, the local octopus pairs well with salt and kabosu, and the medium-fatty tuna is easy to eat with seaweed rolls. The grilling of the skewers is impressive, and the sand gizzard and heart have a strong umami flavor. The white dashi hot pot with offal is light, thanks to the salt koji and sweet koji, enhancing the flavor of the small intestine. The finale is the chef's handmade soba, which goes down smoothly and leaves you satisfied.
