The fragrant, freshly baked dough is crispy, and it brings a smile from the very first bite. The thick crepes can be enjoyed with a knife and fork, and they pair well with whipped cream. The coffee is from Mikado Coffee in Karuizawa, which complements the crepes nicely. The interior has a warm wooden feel, and there are playful elements like tables made from tires. In addition to crepes, there is a selection of café menu items such as pasta and hamburgers, allowing you to choose according to your mood. It's also easy to take out, and I’m happy that they operate a food truck as well.
