Upon entering the restaurant, the combination of the calm Japanese-style interior and the jazz background music is surprisingly pleasant. As soon as I took my seat, I was served warm soba tea and crispy soba snacks, which made me feel at ease. The cold dipping soba has a strong texture, and when combined with toppings like bonito flakes and tempura bits, the flavor expands significantly. The experience of grating fresh wasabi myself and adding it is enjoyable, and the freshness of the aroma is outstanding. The mini katsu don is also generously filled with ingredients, providing more volume than I expected, and I was very satisfied with the set including soba. The takeout container is designed to keep the toppings dry, allowing me to enjoy the meal deliciously until the end in the park outside.
