The interior is simple and new, with a trendy stylishness that makes it comfortable. The staff's response is polite, and their pleasant demeanor is reassuring. The coffee ranges from dark roast to light roast, and I appreciate that they adjust the brewing method to suit my preferences. The iced coffee is hand-dripped and rapidly cooled with a shaker, offering a strong bitterness yet a refreshing aftertaste that is delicious. The Dutch baby is baked after ordering, and there are both sweet and savory options, making it fun to choose. During the candlelit dinner, I enjoyed appetizers, quiche, roast beef, and an apple and Earl Grey parfait, which made for a happy time.
