Inheriting the tradition of soba that began in Shinshu in 1789, we were established in 1967. As a member of the Azabu Nagasaka Sarashina school, we continue to convey the long history of soba culture to the present day. Since our founding, we have been loved by many people for our unchanging taste and techniques.
