This sushi restaurant is located in a peaceful place, and the interior is clean and comfortable. At the counter, they prepare the sushi carefully right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere as well. The chirashi is loaded with ingredients like sweet shrimp, salmon, squid, white fish, fatty tuna, and egg, providing a satisfying experience. It comes with miso soup containing nameko mushrooms, tofu, and green onions, as well as a seaweed salad, making for a good balance. The lunch nigiri also offers a wide variety, and I appreciate that you can request a larger amount of rice. All the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and you can thoroughly enjoy your coffee after the meal.
