Although the outside is simple, once you enter, it is an elegant and calm space. From the interior of the renovated old house, you can view bamboo and the garden, making it very relaxing. The noodles are thin and have a smooth texture, making them easy to eat. The dipping sauce is not too strong and has a pleasant aftertaste, creating a nice balance with the noodles. The aroma of the watercress is strong and pairs perfectly with the soba. The tempura made with local ingredients is also enjoyable, and the dish featuring wild yam was particularly memorable.
