The Musashi Family is a recent favorite of mine. I used to think that the mainstream of Ihekei Ramen was the direct lineage centering on Yoshimuraya, the head family of the family, but the power structure is changing dramatically. Ramen noodles in a medium portion + double nori (thick and hard) The ramen is also famous for its free rice, but my personal favorite is the extra nori (seaweed) for only 50 yen. After the bowl of ramen arrived, I took a sip of the soup and said, "Mmmmai! I took a sip of the soup and said, "Mmmmai! Next, I soaked the nori in the soup and rolled the rice, fainting in agony. When I order ramen with rice, I try to order a normal portion, but sometimes an exception is made.

Musashiya Hiyoshi Branch Musashi Ie" is a ramen chain that operates mainly in Tokyo and Kanagawa. There are nearly 40 stores. One of the characteristics of Musashiya is that each store is quite unique. Every restaurant has its own original menu. This time, we visited "Musashiya Hiyoshi," which has the highest rating on the food log among all Musashiya restaurants. They say that even though it is a chain restaurant, the quality is so good that there is a line out the door. We visited around 9:00 p.m. after a drinking session. Despite the fact that it was a Monday and it was raining, there were about 3 people in line. The system is to buy a ticket from a ticket machine. There were many dishes on the menu that I was interested in, but this time I decided to go for the main menu. The menu we ordered was as follows Ramen: ¥650 (regular ramen) (with free rice) The price is normal. Looks like THE orthodox Iekei Ramen. I can't really tell the difference from the others. Then, when I drank the soup, I was surprised! I can't describe the taste. I don't know why, but the flavor and saltiness are exquisite. Ie-kei ramen tends to have too much "umau-ma" of flavor enhancers, and the richness and thickness of the broth cannot be recognized. Musashiya's ramen has a wonderful balance between the two. The saltiness of the shoyu, the tasty richness of the pork, and the thickness of the chicken are just right, creating a thick ramen that is not cloying. It is the perfect ramen after a few drinks. I could understand why it was crowded at that time of the day, even in the rain. If I lived in this area, I'd be thinking, "If I drink, I'll go to Musashiya! and I'm going to get fat at once. It was the best ramen I have ever had. Next time I want to visit during the daytime and try something different. If you like Ihekei Ramen, you should visit this place at least once.
