The soba noodles made from flour ground with a stone mill and prepared at home have a wonderful aroma that brings happiness from the very first bite. The thin noodles have a pleasant elasticity, and the flavor of the buckwheat is well conveyed, making them very delicious. There are three types of condiments included, and they feel fresh as they are chopped or grated on the spot. The pairing with the flavorful dipping sauce is also excellent, and the presentation is beautiful, making it enjoyable to the eyes as well. The asparagus is crisp, and the natural taste of the vegetables is clearly felt. The soba broth after the meal is hot and refreshing, providing satisfaction until the very end.
