In a shop where you can feel the warmth of wood, as you take a seat, a faint aroma of soba wafts through the air. The thin noodles have a supple texture and slide down your throat pleasantly. Sweetly simmered shiitake mushrooms are topped on the dish, complementing the flavor of the soba well. The omelet is cooked to a firm consistency, and when paired with grated daikon, the taste is sharp and excellent. There is a rich variety of side dishes such as octopus rice and inari sushi, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Finally, enjoying the creamy soba broth, a sense of satisfaction gradually spread within me.
