The bright wooden interior of the restaurant features a counter and a raised seating area, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The second-floor tatami room is also well arranged, allowing for a leisurely experience. The sashimi and nigiri are all delicious, truly reflecting the blessings of the sea from Toyama. The fragrant grilled anago (conger eel) and the umami of the snow crab were particularly impressive. The staff's ability to quickly suggest options based on preferences is reassuring, making it easy to trust their recommendations. While the draft beer is enjoyable, the Amahara sake has a wonderful aroma that pairs perfectly with the dishes.
