Yakiniku Tokuyama was established in the late 1945s in Iida City, the town of yakiniku. The interior of the restaurant has a good old-fashioned Showa-style atmosphere. The restaurant buys a whole head of Shinshu brand "Achigyu" beef from a local butcher store, and offers a variety of meats with secret sauce at reasonable prices. Among them, the sagari, which is rarely found at other restaurants, is a superb dish. You can also enjoy the Iida style of grilling boiled motsu, which is unique to Iida City.

The other day, we went to Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, for a camp for good food. Iida City is a paradise for yakiniku lovers, with the highest number of yakiniku restaurants per capita in Japan🥇🙌🙌🙌! So, yakiniku yakiniku 🎵😆😆. First, we went to a famous restaurant in Iida, Yakiniku Tokuyama 🐄. First half ▪️ Sagari (850 yen) The presentation is simple is best 😏😏. Seasoning is also sincere, salt and pepper only 😏. In other words, it was a contest between me and the meat's potential 💪 (unintelligible 😂) lol. The juicy and intense flavor of Shinshu Wagyu beef makes you say "Delicious! 🤣🤣I was bowed down by the delicious taste of meat that can be understood because of its simplicity 🙇‍♀️ Just the best 👏👏👏. ▪️ Hatsu (550 yen) Kadopin (short for "corner pinning") Hatsu💓. Great blood color and obviously delicious 🤤🤤. Lightly grilled and served 🙏. No raw smell or anything 🙅 Jaki jaki ✂️ texture, followed by a gentle sweetness 😭 ▪️ Beef loin (1,100 yen) Maybe because the offal was too good, the loin honestly lacked impact 🤔. No, it was delicious, but the rest was too good❗️ ▪️ Senmai sashimi (600 yen) I'm not a big fan of senmai sashimi, but I was really impressed with how tasty it was❗️😭 The more you chew, the sweeter it gets😳 I was not a fan of the unique smell, but I could even taste the clear and transparent flavor here👍. This is a must order🙆🙆Vinegared miso is also delicious‼️ A great restaurant that lives up to, or even exceeds, the rumors❗️🏆. All the meats are high quality and amazingly cheap‼️😳 I wish there was a place like this near me 😭 Note that I was the only one there when I arrived at 4pm, but the place was full soon after that 🈵. You should definitely make a reservation and go 🙋. Very excited Tokuyama 😤😤 Continue next time: ▶️

As always, it was lively and full of energy, with a great atmosphere of smoke and heat. Of course, the quality and deliciousness of the sauce and meat are excellent! I will definitely visit many times ^_^

The restaurant is common, lively, and comfortable. Beef loin and ribs are tender and delicious. They also grill minos, tecchan, and other ganbongon. The fat is excellent and the food is superb. The smoke coming from the grill is a nice touch. The sauce is hot and spicy, with sweet and spicy options. The menu has a few items, but you can't go wrong with any part of the meat, so you will be very satisfied. I recommend this restaurant when you just want to eat delicious meat without being dressed up.
