The atmosphere is unique, making it enjoyable to drink. The broth of the oden has a clean flavor, and the umami of the ingredients is well-extracted. The daikon is tender, and the chikuwa and scallops are also satisfying to eat. The grilled items, especially the sagari, are soft, and the skin is nicely charred. The sashimi is fresh, and the textures of the kelp-wrapped fish and shrimp are delightful. The flavors pair well with sake and lemon sour, and I was satisfied with the deliciousness of the tempura and tamagoyaki as well.
